On Wednesday, Dec. 29 at 1:06 a.m.
Officers responded to the 2300 block of 27th St. regarding a Suspicious Person. Upon arrival, the resident of the home told police that he heard footsteps on his rooftop. SMPD Officers searched the exterior of the property and located an individual sitting on the roof of the house. Jeremy Emmanuel Gonzalez was arrested for Prowling and transported to the Santa Monica Police Department jail.
