On June 30 at approximately 9:30 a.m.
SMPD officers responded to the 500 block of Ocean Park Blvd for a burglary investigation. A contractor at the location reported a missing motorcycle and that he believed the culprit was still at the location. Officers located a female at the property that, per the owner, was not authorized to be there. The owner also identified multiple items missing including a Ducati motorcycle. Damaria Evans was charged with 459PC- Burglary and received a citation and future court date before being released.
