On February 18 at approximately 7:15 p.m.
Officers responded to the 200 block of Santa Monica Boulevard regarding a battery that had just occurred. Upon arrival, officers met with a female who stated she was the victim of a battery. The female stated she was standing outside on the sidewalk when she was struck / hit in her back left shoulder area by an unknown object, which she assumed was a fist. The victim turned to see a subject, later identified as Bryan Dibucci, standing behind her ranting and yelling erratically. Officers arrived on scene and detained Bryan Dibucci, 51, homeless, was arrested for battery and public intoxication. Dibucci is being held on $20,000 bail.
