Santa Monica Public Library will present La Bohème: an LA Opera Multimedia Talk on September 14, at 2 p.m. in the Main Library, 601 Santa Monica Blvd
LA Opera Community Educator Steve Kohn brings to light this most romantic of all operas via a multimedia talk. La Bohème is set against the bustling cafés and hidden corners of 19th-century Paris, and follows the triumphs and toils of a band of struggling young artists as they search for love, life and laughter against impossible odds.
