SUBJECT: Interim Ordinance to Place a Moratorium on the Approval of Any Land Use Entitlements or Business Licenses for Medical Marijuana Dispensaries
A public hearing will be held by the City Council to consider the following request:
An Interim Ordinance that would place a moratorium on the approval of any land use entitlements or business licenses for medical marijuana dispensaries until such time as their legal status is clarified and appropriate regulations to control their location and operation can be enacted.
