Mel’s has brought back the old-fashioned car-hop as part of their lockdown service. Meals can be delivered car-side every day. The restaurant is open from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
