On April 14
39- year-old Nina Alejandro Schwuchow from Buena Park was arrested by SMPD for starting a fire on public property. She is accused of starting a fire with the intent of burning a nearby building. Witnesses provided statements along with video evidence implicating Schwuchow. She was issued a citation for violating Santa Monica Municipal Code 4.55.100(A) – make use of fire, BBQ stove outside city approved hearth.
