On April 15 at 3:30 p.m.
35- year-old Brian Fleming was arrested for robbery. Video evidence shows Fleming confronting multiple people near the 1100 block of 2nd Street before approaching a couple waiting for a ride reportedly with a folding knife in hand and demanding money. The couple were able to retreat into a local hotel avoiding Fleming before calling the police. Fleming remains in police custody without bail with multiple pending court appearances.
