A Community Services Officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of Lincoln Blvd. The reporting party at the location provided SMPD with video footage showing the theft of an electric mobility scooter from the subterranean parking garage at the location. Ultimately, Ebony Harter, 36 years old, was arrested for burglary and remains in police custody for a scheduled February 7th court appearance.
