Officers were dispatched to Parking Structure 7 on the 1500 block of 4th St. regarding a fight. Upon arrival, Officers spoke to a witness who pointed to a suspect walking on the west sidewalk on 4th St and to the victim laying on the ground nearby. Paramedics were called to treat the victim. Several witnesses relayed that a verbal dispute began with the victim and suspect, which then caused the suspect to punch the victim several times in the face and head and kick him while on the ground. Dean Angelo Farrar was arrested for Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
