While driving westbound on Santa Monica Blvd., Officers observed a vehicle with missing front and back plates. The officers conducted a traffic stop to address the license plate violation. The officers found the driver to be driving with an expired license, while also in possession of drug paraphernalia, a large amount of marijuana, methamphetamine, and burglary tools. Gerardo Navarro Damian was booked for the listed violations and later issued a citation to appear in court.
