Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Montana regarding an existing LAPD incident where several cell phones were stolen. The reporting party was tracking his phone via Find My iPhone and tracked it to the location. Officers contacted an individual matching the description given by the reporting party and found the stolen items on his person, along with additional items that had been stolen. The subject also had an arrest warrant out of another state. Andrew Wistic Ocalliham was issued a citation for Receiving Stolen Property.
On Friday, January 28 at 1 p.m.
Officers responded to the 1300 block of the 3rd Street Promenade for a Petty Theft call. A female subject was accused of stealing food from the local Starbucks. The suspect, later identified as Nicole Sheridan, entered the store, asked multiple customers for money and ultimately proceeded to select multiple food item from the display stand. She exited the location without paying for the items. Sheridan was located outside the store and taken into custody.
