On Sunday, January 30 at 7:47 a.m.
Officers responded to a Disturbing the Peace call on the 700 block of Wilshire. Upon arrival, the Officer contacted the subject who then proceeded to expose himself to the Officer while yelling nonsensical statements. Clinton James Grout was booked for Public Nudity and later cited out with a future court date.
On Sunday, January 30 at 9:11 a.m.
Officers responded to 76 Gas Station on the 1700 block of Cloverfield regarding a call about someone being hit. Upon arrival, Officers contacted the victim who relayed that he had approached the subject to offer him information about shelters and where to obtain warm blankets. The subject began to act erratically and subsequently hit the victim in the head multiple times, causing him to fall to the ground. Additional units apprehended the subject while the victim was being interviewed. The subject became combative with officers and proceeded to spit in multiple officers’ faces and kick them in the chest. Donte Levon House was ultimately booked for Felony Battery, Felony resisting arrest, resisting/delaying an officer in his/her duties, and battery on a custodial officer.
