On Friday, January 21 at 1:37 a.m.
SMPD Officers were dispatched to Zumies on the 1300 block of the 3rd St Promenade regarding a burglary. Upon arrival, a witness relayed that they noticed the front glass had been shattered and an individual, later identified as Ryan Manning, had walked in and taken several items. Officers were able to locate Manning shortly after. He was also found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe. He was arrested for Burglary and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
