On January 3 at approximately 8:30 p.m.
Officers responded to a stolen vehicle call near 25th and Broadway. A food delivery driver left his vehicle running and unattended while attempting to make a delivery. Upon return, the victim saw someone driving away in his car. The vehicle was equipped with a tracking device and ultimately recovered by LAPD near the 9000 block of Bellanca Avenue.
