On Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 5:13 a.m.
Officers responded to an arson call at the Santa Monica Courthouse at 5:13 a.m. Upon arrival, officers located an individual lighting a bush on fire in front of the courthouse. The suspect quickly extinguished the fire when he noticed Officers approaching. A security guard across the street witnessed the subject lighting the bush on fire and contacted the police department. Robert Clouse was arrested for Arson.
