SMPD Officers were dispatched to Hostel Hotel regarding a fight. Upon arrival, officers spoke to a subject that explained that he and his friend were sitting outside the hotel when two individuals approached them and engaged them in conversation. The individuals became aggressive and punched his friend and then proceeded to punch and kick him several times. A third individual showed up and also kicked the victim. Officers were able to locate and arrest Michael Anthony Rincon, Joshua Joseph Viera, and Austin Giovanni Molezzo. Molezzo and Rincon were booked for Aggravated Assault. Viera was booked for Battery and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Charges are pending.
