Officers responded to a call about a theft at Nordstrom on the 200 block of Broadway. The Asset Protection Officer had relayed to Dispatchers that he had observed a woman take a sweater and a pair of socks without paying. As Officers were driving westbound on Colorado, they observed a female matching the description given to Dispatchers by the reporting party. When asked to stop, the female refused and continued walking onto the Metro platform. After several requests to have her stop, the Officers handcuffed and arrested Nicole Rearden for 459.5 PC-Shoplifting.
