On Thursday, May 13 at 10:09 p.m.
Officers were called to the 1900 block of Lincoln Blvd in front of Fatburger/Buffalo’s Express. Dispatchers noted that a male subject was threatening to fight customers and was currently standing outside the location, holding a bottle. Officers were flagged down by an individual who stated the Suspect had assaulted him and pointed in the direction of the Suspect. The victim also relayed that the Suspect had assaulted several other people and had been walking up and down the street, screaming unintelligibly. Officers ultimately made contact with and arrested Scott Gerald Miller for 241(a) PC – Assault. Due to LA County Covid guidelines, Miller was later issued a citation and released.
