On June 27, at 3 p.m.
Officers responded to the 1000 block of Marine and met with the Victim who was the owner of a residential complex. An unknown person had gained access into one of the vacant apartments and was refusing to leave. When the victim tried to get the individual to leave, they scratched him causing visible injury. A locksmith allowed officers to gain access to the locked apartment and take the person into custody. Zenobia Pearson, 50, homeless, was arrested for battery and trespassing. Bail was set at $20,000.
