On 1/30/2020 at approximately 1448 hours
Officers were flagged down near the Nike Store, 395 Santa Monica Place, regarding a theft that just occurred. Officers found that a subject walked into the store and grabbed multiple items. The subject left the store with the items and did not pay for them. The total stolen/recovered was $3,470. Arroyo Cashawn Snow, 42, homeless, was arrested for grand theft. Bail was set at $20,000.
