Thursday, March 13 9:25 p.m.
Officers were dispatched to CVS on the 500 block of Wilshire regarding a subject making threats to punch the reporting party/victim in the face. Upon arrival, Officers spoke to the victim who relayed that the subject had attempted to take items without paying. The victim was the store manager and approached the subject asking him to pay for the items, which led to the subject lunging at her and threatening to hit her. The victim later called the police out of fear that he may return. Officers watched surveillance footage of the suspect and recognized him from past encounters. Later at around 1:45am, Officers made contact with the suspect and arrested Andre M Lewis for a 211PC- Estes Robbery.
