On Sunday, February 21 at 11:19 a.m.
Dispatch received a call about a burglary to a vehicle at the Rite-Aid on the 1300 block of Wilshire. Upon arrival, the witness indicated to Officers that he had tailed the Suspect and pointed them in his direction. Officers made contact with Antwine Deon Byrd, who stated he did not steal anything from the vehicle. A search of Byrd’s located an American Express credit card that had a different person’s name on it. Byrd was arrested for 485PC- Appropriation of Property. Further records showed that Byrd had a warrant out of Los Angeles, LAPD took custody of Byrd.
