On October 22, 2016 at about 10:20 a.m., officers responded to the 600 block of Ozone Avenue regarding a possible burglary in progress. Officers detained the suspect possibly involved in the incident at the 700 block of Ozone Street. An investigation revealed the suspect entered a property at the 600 block of Ozone Avenue. The suspect entered an enclosed patio and appeared to be rummaging through various items. The suspect was confronted by a neighbor who asked the suspect what he was doing on the property. The neighbor called the police. Officers took the suspect into without incident.
Donovan Earl, from Los Angeles was arrested for prowling and probation violation. Bail was set at $ 10,000.00
