I had a very frightening experience when I was coming to a four-way stop along with two other cars at the intersection of Washington Avenue and 11th Street.
I couldn't believe that I saw a woman on a bike whizzing through the four-way stop looking straight ahead. The frightening thing was she had a small child in a seat behind her.
City Hall is currently in a bicycle mania but does little to enforce the bicycle laws. How long will it be before we see a death or deaths of such a brainless, irresponsible cyclist and perhaps of an innocent child?
