Vice President Kamala Harris came through Santa Monica this weekend with her husband Douglas Emhoff. The couple had lunch at El Cholo restaurant on Wilshire Blvd. and grabbed some take-out from the nearby Santa Monica Seafood. Local streets were temporarily blocked or diverted by the motorcade but traffic quickly cleared.
