On September 11, 2019 at 7:50 p.m.
Officers responded to the area of 2nd and Arizona for an Indecent Exposure call. They observed a female who was nude standing on the corner. Officers made contact with the suspect and asked if she wanted clothing to which she said she did not. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. Kimiko Sumi Dounley, 31, homeless, was arrested for public nudity. Bail was set at Bail $500.
