On Sunday, October 4 at around 3:28 a.m.
Officers responded Code 3 (lights and siren) to a “Hot Prowl Now” call on the 2000 block of 17th St. Dispatchers relayed that the reporting party had the suspect cornered inside his living room. Upon arrival, Officers discovered that a husband and wife were woken from their sleep to the sight of a man standing at the threshold of their front door. The husband took action by directing the man out of his living room and making sure he kept him there until police arrived. Isaac Nshimiyimana was arrested on a 459 PC- Burglary and is being held in custody awaiting his next court date.
