Officers were called to 1441 21st St to deal with a person who was trespassing. The complex manager noticed a male subject on the 6th floor of the residential complex listening to loud music. The manager did not recognize the male as a tenant of the complex and asked him to leave. The subject refused to leave and ignored the request to leave. The police made contact with the subject who refused to answer any pertinent questions. The resident manager placed the subject under private person’s arrest for trespassing. He was arrested without incident. Moses Abraham Phillips, 22, from Washington, was arrested for trespassing. Bail was set at $1,000.
