Officers arrived at the 1200 block of 10th St. regarding a burglary. Upon arrival, the reporting party stated he had arrived at his apartment and noticed it had been locked from the inside. He went around the balcony area and saw the shadow of a man inside, the victim walked away and called the police. As police set up a perimeter in the area, they spotted a subject walking out of the building and contacted him. The subject stated he lived there and when asked what his apartment number was, he gave the victim’s apartment number. Officers arrested Charles Reed for Burglary.
