On December 12, 2019 at approximately 12:10 p.m.
Officers responded to a battery call at the Vons Market located at 710 Broadway. Upon arrival they met with a store employee who had escorted a subject out of the store because he is a chronic nuisance at the store. Once the subject left, he immediately returned, found the store employee who escorted him out, yelled obscenities and then punched the employee twice. The employee was desirous of prosecution. Marlon Humberto Siguenza, 28, homeless was issued a citation for battery.
