LA Law Library presents a QuickLook legal research class on Friday, December 13, at 1:30 p.m. at Santa Monica Main Library, 601 Santa Monica Blvd. LA Law Library legal research specialists teach free, 45-minute overviews of legal information search tools and techniques as part of their regular “office hours” visits on the second Friday of each month.
The topic for the December 13 QuickLook class is Evictions. The class will cover the eviction or “unlawful detainer” process and what resources are available to help. QuickLook classes are shortened versions of more extensive classes taught at LA Law Library’s Main Branch in downtown Los Angeles. For more information on LA Law Library classes, visit http://www.lalawlibrary.org/classes.
After the class, from 2:30 to 5 p.m., the legal research specialist will be available to assist patrons, including legal professionals, in finding information and resources on any legal topic.
