The Phelps Group, a Santa Monica-based media company, has signed a $16 million, long-term lease for 30,000 square feet of office space located at 12121 Bluff Creek, Playa Vista. The new location, which the Phelps Group plans to occupy by the first quarter of 2016, will serve as the company's new headquarters.
