At the end of February, 1310 Third Street Promenade closed escrow for $26.5 million. The 45,000 square foot, three-level building currently houses the famous AMC Theater, a cornerstone of the world-renown Promenade for the past two decades. The deal was brokered by Barbara Tenzer, President of Tenzer Commercial Brokerage Group, Inc. Tenzer has been a longstanding, trusted figure in Santa Monica’s commercial real estate market, lending her expertise to brokering most of the sales and leasing on Third Street Promenade for the past 31 years.

She served on the Downtown Santa Monica, Inc. Board of Directors, including two years as Board Chair. She was a partner in Trastevere at 1360 Third Street Promenade for 27 years.
