Puppy Hour

Dogs: NOMA residents responded in force this week when locals felt a family of dogs were in danger. Residents called Animal Control to report a man abusing a dog in a van and upon inspection, several residents reported a litter of puppies locked in the closed vehicle. Officers responded and eventually made contact with the vehicle owner who was convinced to surrender the litter to officials.
