Officers responded to the 1400 block of 11th Street for a Burglary Now call. When officers arrived, they noticed a suspect holding a pair of bolt cutters standing next to a hole in a chain link fence. There was a second suspect already inside the secured fencing area. The chain link fence secured a garage belonging to an apartment complex. A witness observed the two suspects use the bolt cutters to gain access into the secured area and make entry into the garage. The suspects were positively identified and taken into custody without incident. Francisco Mendoza Ramirez, 25, from Los Angeles was arrested for burglary, possession of burglary tools, possession of methamphetamine and conspiracy to commit a crime. Bail was set at $50,000. William Eduardom Ayala, 55, from Los Angeles, was arrested for burglary, possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotics paraphernalia and conspiracy to commit any crime. Bail was set at $50,000.
