On Monday, September 7
SMPD officer’s responded to a report of a male subject lying in the middle of Moomat Ahiko Way. Upon arrival, SMPD officers observed a male subject struggling to stand from a seated position. SMPD officers then approached the subject and noticed strong odor of alcohol emitting from his breath and person. Officers also noticed the subject’s eyes were bloodshot and watery, his face were flushed as well. Based on the signs and observations, officers determined that the subject was under the influence of alcohol and was unable to care for himself. Marc Delcechio was arrested and cited for P.C. 647 (f) – Public Intoxication.
