On June 8 at approximately 11:30 p.m., Santa Monica police officers observed a suspect acting suspiciously in the area of 11th Street and Olympic Boulevard.
They spoke with the suspect and noticed he was attempting to conceal an unknown object in his wristband. Officers also noticed a screwdriver in the suspect's wristband, and determined he was on probation for weapons violations.
William Arnold Zazueta, 31, homeless, was arrested and cited for possession of narcotics paraphernalia and a probation violation. His bail was set at $20,000.
