So I arranged for title and escrow to amend the deed at no cost to her and she’s now happily settled in her native country.
- The young couple with a toddler? We found their dream home on a quiet cul-de-sac, but inspections revealed asbestos throughout the house. The buyers wanted to walk, but I sensed weakness in the seller and negotiated a $212,000 price reduction to cover the costs of abatement and repairs.
