At the end of February, 1310 Third Street Promenade closed escrow for $26.5 million. The 45,000 square foot, three-level building currently houses the famous AMC Theater, a cornerstone of the world-renown Promenade for the past two decades. The deal was brokered by Barbara Tenzer, President of Tenzer Commercial Brokerage Group, Inc. This is a special building and I’m pleased it will continue to provide a haven for entertainment for generations to come.”
