A brand-new multi-media Holiday Musical for theatre lovers of all ages premieres in person in the newly renovated, state of the art Santa Monica Playhouse – an interactive musical where audiences help Cookie and Santa Claus gather the magic of the fairytale world to make sure all gift wishes can be fulfilled – on time!

Snowhite, Hansel and Gretel, Alice and the Queens of Hearts (three of them), Puss In Boots, the Frog Prince and a host of other denizens of the Great Story Book pool their efforts to undo the craziness of the past months, proving that family, friends, sharing and caring are the best way to celebrate a holiday, or any day.

AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT, based on the world premiere musical Ever After Take 2 (the first in-person Playhouse Family Theatre show after the lockdown), is written by Actors’ Repertory Theatre Associate Director Graham Silbert in collaboration with the award-winning team of Chris DeCarlo and Evelyn Rudie, directed by DeCarlo and Silbert, with music and lyrics by E. Rudie, and features Tiffany Haile, Cydne Moore, Joseph Perez and Graham Silbert. Awesome special effects and video projections are by James Cooper, with delightful costumes by Ashley Hayes and Silbert.

Santa Monica Playhouse is dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of our patrons and artists. We are complying with all guidelines and regulations established by the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health, as well as OSHA, the CDC, the California Department of Public Health and Actors’ Equity Association, including enhanced cleaning procedures, contact-free ticketing and digital programs. All protocols in place on the date of the event will be observed. We are excited to be bringing back the magic of live theatre experiences, a wondrous source of healing that we are once again able to share together.
