Requests for Reading-2-Go kits can be made through the library catalog, SMPL Mobile, by phone or in person. To find kits in our catalog, do an exact title or keyword search for “Reading-2-Go.” For a list of themes, go to the Staff Picks section of our website. Kits may be placed on hold for pick up at the card holder’s preferred Curbside location (Main, Pico, or Montana).

Literacy begins with sharing language at birth. You are your child’s first teacher. Speaking, reading, and singing to a child improves language skills and vocabulary, which impacts learning to read and write. Help improve your child’s school success by better preparing them for kindergarten. Check out a Reading-2-Go kit today.
