The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education will hold a special open session meeting on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at 4 p.m. in the Professional Development Learning Center (PDLC): 2802 Fourth St..

The purpose of this meeting is to allow the SMMUSD school principals to present their Single Plans for Student Achievement (SPSAs) to the Board of Education. This is an annual presentation. The plans will be approved by the Board of Education at a regular board meeting on November 21, 2019.

The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education Meeting on Thursday, November 21, will begin at 6 p.m., instead of 5:30 p.m. Closed session will begin at its normal 4:30 p.m. start time.

This change in start time will to allow the Board of Education additional time to address items during closed session.
