ON APRIL 29 AT APPROXIMATELY 8:10 P.M.

Officers responded to a radio call of a strong armed robbery at the Interactive Café – 215 Broadway. Officers determined the suspect, Jose Antoniano, homeless, entered the deli and selected merchandise. Antoniano was confronted by an employee. Antoniano raised his fists and threatened the employee. He then exited the store without paying for the merchandise. He was located on the pier by officers and taken into custody. Bail was set at $50,000.
