The next Director Series event is an evening with American film director, screenwriter and producer Ned Benson on Friday, March 6, at 7:30 p.m. Benson will discuss how his three-film portrayal, “The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby,” began life as two separate films — The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Him and The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Her – and ended with his directorial debut film, The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Them. In addition to seeing clips and participating in a lively discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions.
Benson has been a customer of Vidiots for years “I remember renting Persona at Vidiots ages ago… 2007” he said, “and I just bought Los Angeles Plays Itself from you guys.”
