Elias Serna’s letter (“Not a fair measurement,” Letter to the Editor, May 24) should be retitled “A discourse of nonsense.”
And the activities of the Pico Youth & Family Center, especially those of its self-serving founder, that Serna applauds, can only be described as a discourse of mismanagement.
