Community Corporation of Santa Monica Executive Director Sarah Letts (right) cuts the ribbon for the newly-opened High Place West Apartments on Thursday. The CCSM-developed housing complex features 47 affordable homes for families earning 35 percent to 60 percent of the area median income. The three-story building has 32 two-bedrooms and 15 three-bedroom apartments. The event also served as the groundbreaking for the High Place East portion of the development.

Who are you ‘Ross Gentry’? Been all through the University of Houston list and you’re not there…you show a Facebook account that doesn’t exist.
… I’ll bet no units are available. How many are Section 8? Are these for families already in the area? or NEW families (with cars) coming in?
congratulations…a highly anticipated & needed housing project.
