A public hearing will be held by the Zoning Administrator to consider the following request:

The applicant requests a Variance to permit a single-story 998 square foot storage build- ing to be constructed in the 20 foot front yard setback and be located four feet from the property line. The subject parcel is an irregular, triangular shaped lot that is currently developed with an existing single-story 1,000 square foot storage building and some sur- face parking.

SMMC Section 9.04.20.10.030(d)(2) permits the modification of yard setbacks on non- rectilinear parcels. The subject property is a triangular shaped lot that has public access from 21st Street and Olympic Boulevard.
