I‚Äôm puzzled over landlord and developer Jeff Segal complaining once again about someone else‚Äôs development project (“SMRR‚ÄôS betrayal,” Letters to the Editor, Nov. 16). He carps about the loss of affordable housing which, of course, will be replaced one for one at the site. Maybe he‚Äôs really concerned about competition with his own projects and real estate holdings. But if he‚Äôs truly concerned about affordable housing, he can use his resources to provide it and put his money where his mouth is.
