This workshop will take place at the YWCA Santa Monica/Westside Auditorium at 2019 14th Street Santa Monica CA 90405
Saturday, September 22, 10:30 am to 1:30 pm
Women want sex—not just the formula sex that leaves them wanting—but emotionally gratifying sexual pleasure. Unlike generations past, today it’s often women rather than men who are most eager to enhance their sex lives with their partner.
This workshop will explore some of the less obvious factors of what it takes to enjoy a physically arousing, emotional and erotic aliveness at any age and every stage of life. You will learn how:
• We are programmed from childhood to feel love for family and lust for strangers and how this complicates sex with a partner
• Most communications between intimates occur on a nonverbal level in facial micro-expressions, vocal tones, and gestures
• Romantic play and erotic exploration are keys to sexual enthusiasm and how to nurture playfulness
• Enhancing your breath, body, and sensual awareness can stimulate sexual desire and boost your capacity for pleasure
Join Dr. Stella Resnick for this 3-hour journey of personal renewal that will offer useful methods for reinvigorating your daily life and intimate relationship.
